LG Beauty is an emerging cosmetics brand from Korea, known for combining advanced technology with high-performing beauty products.
I was brought in to design a logo that would reflect the brand’s evolving identity - balancing innovation with a more refined, modern aesthetic that could scale across digital and physical touchpoints.

The brand needed a visual identity that felt:
Elevated yet accessible
Modern but not trend-driven
Distinct within a highly saturated beauty market
The challenge was to create a logo that could represent both innovation and sophistication

I designed a logo that blends structure with softness - combining the established sans-serif LG typography with a serif treatment for “Beauty.”
This contrast creates:
Sense of balance between technology and elegance
Timeless and recognizable brand presence
Flexibility across different brand applications

The selected logo combines:
LG (sans-serif): grounding the brand in clarity, precision, and modernity
Beauty (serif): introducing elegance, softness, and a more editorial feel
